Linguaviva, in partnership with a Cooking School in Florence, offers programmes in culinary arts aimed for amateurs. These courses are held in Italian.
The goals of our Italian cooking courses are to emphasise the importance of Italian products, the seasonality of ingredients, the semplicity of our cuisine.
Through our programmes in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, Wine Expertise and La Bella Tavola (Food Communication and Design), we wish to spread our sense of taste, refinement, class, as well as our tradition and lore.
Cooking is an art and the goals of our Italian cooking courses are to shape and model artists in the Italian Food and Wine Industry.
