Italian cooking school in Florence
Linguaviva, in partnership with Apicius,
the professional Italian Cooking School
in Florence, offers programmes in culinary
arts aimed at professionals and amateurs.
These cooking courses are held
in Italian. Our goal is to emphasise the importance
of Italian products, the seasonality of ingredients,
the simplicity of the Italian cuisine.
Through our programmes in Culinary Arts,
Baking and Pastry and Wine
Expertise, we wish to spread our sense
of taste, refinement, class, as well as our tradition
and lore. Cooking is an art and our goal is to
shape and model artists in the Italian
Food and Wine Industry.
